Led by a diverse team with a breadth of experience in the Aesthetics Market, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT and Engineering we are a dedicated team that is one of the fastest growing companies in the Canadian Aesthetic market.

President & CEO, B.Sc.,MBA
Damien King
With over 20 years in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, Damien is a proven executive leader and has a track record of consistent sales growth and outwitting the competition. Most recently he served as Director of Sales with Merz Pharmaceuticals and sat as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Over a ten year period he worked to transform the company from a single brand entity, to an integrated product portfolio organization with 5 divisions and multiple high performing teams. He has been presented with numerous awards throughout his career, recognizing his achievements in sales and marketing, but is most satisfied when he can translate that success to his team and others. Sharing his passion and time with multiple non-profits he has held various board positions in support of his community. He most recently finished his MBA at Cornell University and has a BSc from Simon Fraser University. When not driving sales he prefers to be at the helm of a boat, and as an avid sailor he has raced around the world, and completed multiple Pacific and Atlantic Ocean crossings.

Craig McLeod
Craig McLeod is a finance executive with specialized experience in business valuation, investment analysis and strategic consulting. Through a lengthy and diversified career holding senior positions in a variety of capacities, he has advised executives, business owners and other stakeholders on how to identify sustainable competitive advantages, implement prudent cost saving initiatives, and generate long term positive returns. Mr. McLeod currently provides valuation, financial management, and strategic planning services to businesses in a variety of industries through his firm, Clear Link Valuation. He has previously held roles in Corporate and Commercial Banking and Treasury, and was a lead member of the project finance team that successfully built the business case for the Site C Clean Energy Project in BC. Prior to establishing Clear Link, he served as an executive tasked with restructuring the accounting and reporting systems and teams in BC and overseas with the Council of Forest Industries. Mr. McLeod graduated With Distinction with MBA’s from both Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and Queen’s University in Kingston, ON, and holds both Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Professional Accountant designations.

Ernie Chow
With over 20 years in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, Ernie is an accomplished marketing and sales executive. He has driven significant double-digit growth rates for many well-known brands in pharmaceuticals, medical device, aesthetics and consumer packaged goods, resulting in numerous awards in sales and marketing. Most recently, he led the marketing efforts for Merz and Galderma, as the Head of Marketing, and established both companies as strong portfolio competitors in the aesthetic marketplace. Ernie's accomplishments in the aesthetic marketplace include several product launches such as, the entire Restylane Emervel Collection, Restylane Skinboosters, Neocutis Microfirm, and brand relaunches that have resulted in significant market share gains for Xeomin Cosmetic, Dysport Aesthetic, Ultherapy, and Sculptra. He has been an influential executive in the aesthetic marketplace with wide reaching physician influence in Canada and internationally. His passion is creative innovation through strategic planning and collaborative teamwork.
